9. W Etapie 3 rozbudowy stacji:
a) budowę budynku (dobudowę do istniejącego) rozdzielni GIS 400 kV i pomieszczeń pomocniczych w obmiarze pozwalającym na docelowe zainstalowanie i uruchomienie do 12 pól rozdzielni GIS 400 kV dla przyszej rozbudowy,
b) rozbudowę, w nowej części budynku, rozdzielni GIS 400 kV o 8 pól,
c) budowę stanowiska przystosowanego do jednostki 450 MVA oraz instalację AT3 400/110 kV wraz z instalacją zraszaczową,
d) budowę połączenia kablowego między polem autotransformatora AT3 rozdzielni 110 kV a stanowiskiem AT3,
e) montaż bramek linii 400 kV Kromolice tor I oraz Jasiniec tor I i II,

g) budowę zbiornika wody p.poż. i sieci zasilającej instalację dla AT3.
10. Wykonanie nowego uziemienia kratowego na terenie stacji objętym robotami.
11. Wykonanie odwodnienia terenu, ogrodzenia, dróg, oświetlenia terenu i pozostałej infrastruktury w układzie docelowym stacji.
12. Uzyskanie właściwych dokumentów wynikających z Ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach (Dz.U. 2013 poz. 21) w związku z koniecznością unieszkodliwienia materiałów i odpadów powstałych w trakcie prowadzonych prac. W rozumieniu ww. ustawy, Wykonawca stanie się wytwórcą odpadów na podstawie art.3 pkt 22. Ponadto:
a) Wykonawca spełni wymagania nałożone na Wytwórcę odpadów zawarte w ww. Ustawie, w nałożonych przez nią terminach,
b) Wykonawca przedłoży do odpowiednich Urzędów stosowne dokumenty potwierdzające spełnienie wymagań zawartych w Ustawie oraz dokumenty potwierdzające przekazanie, zagospodarowanie lub utylizację powstałych w czasie prac odpadów zgodnie z obowiązującym w tym zakresie prawem,
c) Wykonawca będzie zobowiązany do zapłaty PSE S.A. kwoty uzyskanej ze sprzedaży odpadów posiadających wartość rynkową np. złomu metali.
13. Przekazanie Zamawiającemu uzyskanych decyzji oraz ww. dokumentów jako załączniki do dokumentacji odbiorczej.
14. Opracowanie programu realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z uzgodnieniem i uzyskaniem akceptacji Zamawiającego.
15. Dostawa kompletu wymaganych urządzeń, aparatów i systemów, konstrukcji wysokich i wsporczych oraz innych materiałów i osprzętu niezbędnych dla zrealizowania przedmiotu zamówienia.
16. Wykonanie wszelkich prac budowlano-montażowych, konstrukcyjnych i instalacyjnych zgodnie z projektem wykonawczym i programem realizacji w zakresie wymaganym dla zrealizowania przedmiotu zamówienia. Podstawowy zakres tych prac obejmuje:
