We have already said that inquisitors won't appear in our mod as it is quite old and graphically not good enough for our standards.
Some of alternatives will be inspired by old HotA projects, as we are thinking that they had many great ideas, and on top of that some creatures are also a -must- choice as they are first association with faction you may think of.
We may however try to reintroduce some single units from Alexander, but this should be rather treated as a "tribute" for his talent. He was an author for many great units, not only for HotA team, but also for other promising cities at one time. Those projects were very popular and we may deliver limited number of them as we are thinking that some people are still waiting for them to happen. Of course this task is even more difficult, because not only we have to make 3D model of it, but also come up with most of animations, as many of presented graphics had only standing animation. Getting close to Alexander level is very (very) difficult, so this will be exceptions in neutral units, but we will make sure to highlight the source of remade units.

Besides to avoid confusion which have appeared recently on our forum: we are also not going to remake any "lost" HotA towns. The only thing directly connected to Cove would be future alternatives for their town, as we do believe that Cove permanently entered the mind of players as the tenth city, and in other words will be treated as one of the original factions for our addon.
I hope that it will clarify a little about our plans
