2.1. Opis ogólny przedmiotu zamówienia
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie rozbudowy stacji 400/220/110 kV Pątnów będącej własnością Polskich Sieci Elektroenergetycznych S.A. W poniższych punktach przedstawiono podstawowy zakres zadań do wykonania.
1. Prowadzenie działań z zakresu komunikacji społecznej przez cały okres realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia.
2. Przeprowadzenie uzgodnień formalnoprawnych w zakresie niezbędnym do wykonania inwestycji.
3. Uzyskanie koniecznych zezwoleń na korzystanie z dróg dojazdowych, na czasowe zajęcie pasów drogowych, na wyłączenia linii elektroenergetycznych, telekomunikacyjnych, gazowych itp., niezbędnych dla realizacji inwestycji na czas wykonywania prac (dotyczy zarówno prac rozbiórkowych, jak i prac budowlano-montażowych).
4. W razie konieczności aktualizacja lub uzyskanie nowej decyzji o środowiskowych uwarunkowaniach.
5. Wykonanie badań geotechnicznych.
6. Wykonanie projektu budowlanego rozbudowy stacji elektroenergetycznej 400/220/110 kV Pątnów wraz z uzyskaniem opinii Zamawiającego.
7. Uzyskanie ostatecznych decyzji o pozwoleniu na budowę dla stacji.
8. Uzyskanie decyzji o ustaleniu lokalizacji inwestycji celu publicznego (ULICP) dla przedstawionego zakresu rzeczowego.
9. Opracowanie projektów wykonawczych modernizacji stacji wraz z uzyskaniem opinii Zamawiającego.
10. Przygotowanie placu budowy i zaplecza.
11. Zakup, dostawa, magazynowanie i transport na plac budowy niezbędnych materiałów do rozbudowy i modernizacji stacji i przebudowy linii.
12. Dokonanie wymaganych uzgodnień i zgłoszeń prowadzonych prac do właściwych organów administracji i jednostek nadzoru budowlanego.
13. Wykonanie rozbudowy stacji 400/220/110 kV Pątnów.
14. Pełna współpraca Wykonawcy z Zamawiającym podczas wykonywania niezbędnych prac montażowych i uruchomieniowych w dyspozycjach mocy (KDM i ODM), w centrach nadzoru eksploatacyjnego (CN i RCN).
15. Wykonanie niezbędnych prac montażowych i uruchomieniowych w stacjach i obiektach powiązanych, w tym prac związanych z z wprowadzeniem linii 400 kV relacji Kromolice-Pątnów do SE Kromolice związanych z połączeniem obwodów pierwotnych i uruchomieniem ww. relacji.
16. Wypłata odszkodowań lub naprawa szkód powstałych w trakcie prac budowlano-montażowych lub rozbiórkowych.
