2.2.1. Opis szczegółowy przedmiotu zamówienia
Wykonawca jest zobowiązany zrealizować przedmiot zamówienia metodą „kompleksową”, co najmniej w opisanym poniżej zakresie:
1. Opracowanie wszelkich niezbędnych dokumentów i projektów, uzyskanie w imieniu Zamawiającego wszelkich decyzji i pozwoleń wymaganych do uzyskania decyzji o uwarunkowaniach środowiskowych, pozwolenia na budowę oraz innych niezbędnych do realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia decyzji i pozwoleń.
2. Zrealizowanie procesu komunikacji społecznej.
3. Wykonanie badań geotechnicznych na terenie objętym przedmiotem zamówienia.
4. Wykonanie projektu budowlanego i wykonawczego dla całości przedmiotu zamówienia. Uzyskanie opinii Zamawiającego. Realizacja prac według przepisów ustawy Prawo Budowlane i przepisów związanych z ustawą, aktualnych w okresie realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia.
5. Przeprowadzenie uzgodnień formalnoprawnych w zakresie niezbędnym do wykonania inwestycji, w tym uzyskanie decyzji i opracowań środowiskowych, decyzji o środowiskowych uwarunkowaniach, jeśli to konieczne decyzji o pozwoleniu wodnoprawnym, decyzji o pozwoleniu na budowę.
6. Wykonanie rozbudowy stacji elektroenergetycznej 400/220/110 kV Pątnów w trzech etapach.
7. W Etapie 1 rozbudowy stacji:
a) rozbudowę, w istniejącym budynku, rozdzielni GIS 400 kV o dwa pola,
b) budowę połączenia szynoprzewodowego SF6 400 kV między polem nr 5 rozdzielni 400 kV a linią kablową 400 kV Kromolice tor II,
c) wyposażenie i prace dostosowawcze, w tym prace projektowe związane z wprowadzeniem toru II linii 400 kV Kromolice - Pątnów do pola nr 4 rozdzielni 400 kV w SE Kromolice, oraz prace związane ze sprawdzeniem istniejącej aparatury i uruchomieniem pola.
8. W Etapie 2 rozbudowy stacji:
a) przebudowę i skablowanie wyjść linii 110 kV: Janikowo, Pakość 2, Konin i Walcownia w celu zwolnienia terenu pod budowę rozdzielni wnętrzowej 110 kV,
b) demontaż połączeń linkowych miedzy bramkami rozdzielni 110 kV a słupami krańcowymi linii 110 kV,
c) ustawienie trzech słupów rurowych 110 kV – typ słupów należy uzgodnić z właścicielami linii, tj Energa Operator S.A. oraz ZE PAK S.A.,
d) budowę linii kablowych 110 kV od bramek liniowych do słupów rurowych,
e) montaż przewodów linkowych między słupami rurowymi a istniejącymi słupami krańcowymi linii 110 kV,
f) rozbudowę budynku nastawni,
g) przebudowę zasilania potrzeb własnych stacji,
h) budowę nowej wnętrzowej 29-polowej rozdzielni 110 kV w układzie 2S, w izolacji SF6,
i) budowę kanalizacji kablowej między budynkiem rozdzieli 110 kV a budynkiem technologicznym,
j) sukcesywną budowę wprowadzeń do nowej rozdzielni 110 kV: linii dystrybucyjnych, transformatorów potrzeb własnych, linii blokowych i autotransformatora AT1,
k) montaż kontenerowego urządzenia sprężarkowego dla zasilania instalacji sprężonego powietrza rozdzielni 220 kV,
l) demontaż istniejącej rozdzielni 110 kV wraz z budynkiem sprężarkowni i potrzeb własnych.
