h)Wszystkie strony oferty wraz z załącznikami muszą być podpisane; za podpisanie uznaje się własnoręczny podpis z pieczątką imienną przez osobę/y upoważnioną/e do reprezentowania zgodnie z zasadami reprezentacji Wykonawcy, właściwymi dla formy organizacyjnej Wykonawcy lub przez ustanowionego pełnomocnika.
h)We wszystkich przypadkach, gdzie jest mowa o pieczątkach Zamawiający dopuszcza złożenie czytelnego zapisu o treści pieczęci np.: nazwa Wykonawcy, siedziba lub czytelny podpis w przypadku pieczęci imiennej.
h)W przypadku, gdy Wykonawcę reprezentuje pełnomocnik, do oferty, jako jej integralną część, musi zostać załączone pełnomocnictwo określające jego zakres - podpisane przez osoby uprawnione do reprezentacji mocodawcy. Pełnomocnictwo do podpisania oferty należy złożyć w formie oryginału.
