Wykonawcy wspólnie ubiegający się o zamówienie 8.1 Zgodnie z art. 23 ust.2 Pzp, Wykonawcy, którzy wspólnie ubiegają się o udzielenie zamówienia winni ustanowić pełnomocnika do: * reprezentowania ich w postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia, * albo reprezentowania ich w postępowaniu i zawarcia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego. Udzielone pełnomocnictwo winno precyzować zakres umocowania oraz wymieniać wszystkich Wykonawców, którzy wspólnie ubiegają się o udzielenie zamówienia - każdy z tych Wykonawców musi podpisać się na dokumencie pełnomocnictwa. Pełnomocnictwo winno być przedłożone do oferty w formie oryginału lub kopii poświadczonej notarialnie.
