Osoby, które będą kierować wykonani

Osoby, które będą kierować wykonaniem zamówienia, powinny posiadać uprawnienia budowlane do kierowania robotami budowlanymi w swojej specjalności obowiązującej na terenie Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy Prawo budowlane. Mogą to być również osoby, których odpowiednie kwalifikacje zawodowe, zgodnie z art. 12 a ustawy Prawo budowlane, zostały uznane na zasadach określonych w ustawie z dnia 18 marca 2008 r. o zasadach uznawania kwalifikacji zawodowych nabytych w państwach członkowskich Unii Europejskiej (Dz. U. nr 63 poz. 394 z późn. zm.)
Zamawiający zastrzega, że w zakresie obowiązków Wykonawcy będzie zapewnienie pełnej obsady kadrowej uprawnionymi osobami do realizacji robót także w specjalnościach nie wymienionymi powyżej, o ile zaistnieje taka konieczność.
2)będzie dysponować sprzętem budowlanym niezbędnym do należytego wykonania Przedmiotu Zamówienia w terminach umownych, w tym minimum 2 tarczami zmechanizowanymi do drążenia tuneli o minimalnej średnicy wewnętrznej 6,30 m. (druk do wypełnienia - załącznik nr 5 do SIWZ) Terminy w jakich będzie dysponował tarczami TBM Wykonawca określi we Wstępnym Harmonogramie Rzeczowym - Finansowym Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik do oferty.
Wykonawcy wspólnie ubiegający się o udzielenie zamówienia muszą wykazać, że łącznie spełniają powyższy warunek.
b)Sytuacji ekonomicznej i finansowej.
Zamawiający uzna, że Wykonawca spełnia warunek udziału w postępowaniu, gdy:
1.wykaże średni roczny przychód za ostatnie trzy lata obrotowe, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy - za wszystkie pełne lata obrotowe (na podstawie „Rachunku zysków i strat" pozycja „Przychód netto ze sprzedaży produktów, towarów i materiałów" lub „Przychód netto ze sprzedaży i zrównane z nimi") w wysokości nie mniejszej niż 500 min PLN. Wykonawcy wspólnie ubiegający się o udzielenie zamówienia muszą wykazać, że łącznie spełniają powyższy warunek.
2.dysponuje własnymi środkami finansowymi lub posiada zdolność kredytową w wysokości nie mniejszej niż 150 min PLN - dopuszczalne jest tu wykazanie środków z kredytu obrotowego lub innego, o ile środki te nie są przeznaczone na zrealizowanie konkretnego celu. Wykonawcy wspólnie ubiegający się o udzielenie zamówienia muszą wykazać, że łącznie spełniają powyższy warunek.
3.W celu wykazania spełnienia warunków Wykonawca do oferty powinien załączyć:
a)Bilans i rachunek zysków i strat, a jeżeli podlegają one badaniu przez biegłego rewidenta zgodnie z przepisami o rachunkowości, również opinię o badanym bilansie i rachunku zysków i strat za ostatnie 3 lata obrotowe, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy - za ten okres. W przypadku Wykonawców nie zobowiązanych do sporządzania bilansu i rachunku zysków i strat - inne dokumenty określające obroty oraz zobowiązania i należności za okres jak w zdaniu poprzednim.
b)Informacja banku, w którym Wykonawca posiada rachunek bankowy, potwierdzająca, że wysokość posiadanych środków finansowych i/lub zdolności kredytowej Wykonawcy są nie mniejsze od 150 min PLN. Powyższe dokumenty muszą być wystawione nie wcześniej niż 3 miesiące przed upływem terminu składania ofert.
d)Złożenie przez Wykonawców w ofercie dokumentów i oświadczeń, wymienionych w pkt 6 SIWZ będzie stanowiło podstawę do oceny spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu oraz do stwierdzenia braku podstaw do wykluczenia z postępowania.
Ocena spełnienia warunków wymaganych od Wykonawców zostanie dokonana na podstawie oświadczeń i dokumentów złożonych przez Wykonawców. Nie spełnienie chociażby jednego warunku skutkować będzie wykluczeniem Wykonawcy z postępowania.
e)Wykaz oświadczeń i dokumentów, jakie mają dostarczyć Wykonawcy w celu wykazania spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu oraz braku podstaw do wykluczenia z postępowania
